SRM strives to provide the highest level of care and access to your care team. Effective March 23rd we reverted to our previous portal system. The Artisan Ally patient portal is no longer accessible. Please use this link to access our active patient portal.

If you have not previously registered, you will be provided that opportunity once you click the link. You will need your medical record number to do so. If you do not know this number, please email your name and date of birth to srminfo@seattlefertility.com and we will provide you with that number within 24 hours.
