New SRM Patient Portal

Step One: How to register on the new portal

  • For active patients since Oct. 28, 2021, please use these instructions. If not an active patient, please call SRM to re-establish care for access to the portal.
  • Follow this link to register your portal.
  • Enter your email address used when you registered at SRM (If this does not match the one we have on record, an error message
    will appear).
  • You will then be sent a link to your email address to set up your new password. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, please re-try.
  • Once a new password has been created, you will be able to access your Patient Portal.
  • Once submitted, you will now have access to your portal dashboard.

Seattle Reproductive Medicine will be implementing a new EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records) management system to provide a better care experience for the patients we serve while unifying our system with faster and simpler patient records.

The new EMR/EHR is expected to go live across SRM on Sunday, May 15, 2022. During the first few weeks, you may experience delays during appointments and in scheduling and billing communications while we are learning to work within the new system.

We look forward to experiencing the positive changes of our new EMR/EHR together. We appreciate your flexibility and ask for your understanding during the learning curve.

On this webpage you can find helpful FAQ’s, as well as a general timeline of what to expect. During this process, we will be providing timely updates. Please check for updates as often as you’d like prior to and after the go-live date.

What Happens Next?

  • Active patients since Oct. 28, 2021 will be receiving an email from SRM with your new PATIENT PORTAL LOGIN details and instructions on Sunday, May 15th. This email will explain how to access the new Patient Portal. Please be sure to check your junk email box.
  • Complete the step above first to register for the portal for the first time. Our new Patient Portal is available on Sunday, May 15th after 4pm. Access it via the link on our website.
  • Our new Patient Portal will be live on Sunday, May 15th. You will be able to access it the same way you do currently. Complete the step above first to register for the portal for the first time.
  • The current portal system will not be available beginning at 3:30 pm on Friday, May 13th.
  • If planning to reestablish care, please call Patient Services at 206.301.5000 to make an appointment. They will assist you in gaining portal access.

General FAQ:

 

What is the purpose of this portal?

The portal is a tool for patients to communicate electronically with the clinic, complete forms, access some medical records online, check appointment schedules, and lookup resources.

Is my information secure?

Yes. This portal uses a secure connection that encrypts your information before sending it between your browser and our server.

What can you expect from the new portal?

  • Direct portal communication with your Care Team
  • Treatment calendars loaded directly to your App that is updated with real-time instructions
  • Access to educational modules, videos, and personalized educational handouts
  • Improved access to billing and payment options, allowing you to make payments on your balance directly from the portal

Will my medical records be transferred to the new portal?

Unfortunately, the records cannot be transferred. You can take a screenshot or download your lab results from the current portal prior to 3:30 pm on May 13th.  Any new test results after this day will be displayed in the new portal.

Will my current portal messages be transferred to the new portal?

Unfortunately, the portal messages cannot be transferred.

Login FAQ:

 

I’m already a patient, but I don’t have the link to access the new portal for the first time. What should I do?

If you are an active patient with SRM and did not get an email on or after May 15th with a link to access the new patient portal, please email SRMIDEASAlert@seattlefertility.com to request this information. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

Click on the ‘forgot password’ link on the portal login webpage, then enter the email associated with your account. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password (please also check your junk inbox). After clicking on the “Reset Button,” you will be able to create a new password.

How can I change my password?

Once you login to the Portal, click on your profile icon (which you can find on the top right-hand corner of the Portal). Click on the ‘Change Password’, enter the required details, then click Save.

Questions – regarding log-in, concerns, etc.

We understand that this change may cause some concerns and that you may have questions. We have set up a dedicated phone line for New Patient Portal questions and technical difficulties logging in.

Call our main line at 877.777.6002 and press (Insert # here). You will be directed to a voice messaging system to leave your message. All calls will be returned within one business day.
