PCOS Wellness Support Group
Do your PCOS symptoms have you feeling frustrated, isolated or unwell?
Have you been told to just lose weight? To exercise more and eat less?
Making lasting diet and lifestyle changes can be difficult to do on your own. Busy schedules, uncomfortable symptoms and conflicting fad diets can make it feel impossible to find a routine that works for you and your body.
Whether you’re actively trying to conceive or just trying to manage PCOS symptoms, we want you to feel supported and empowered to take control of your wellbeing. We’re offering a monthly virtual support group to women with PCOS, hosted by our Nutrition and Wellness Coach, Chelsea Fechtner.
Each session includes a presentation on a wellness topic as well as group discussion, goal setting and Q&A. If you would like to be a part of the support group, you can sign-up and Chelsea will be in touch soon to let you know if the support group is a good fit for you.
Sessions take place virtually on the second Tuesday of the month from 5:30pm-6:30pm PST.
