Oue Bellevue office has moved
On March 16, 2009, our new Bellevue office doors opened. We have relocated from 116th Ave NE, Suite 102 to 3055 112th Ave NE, Suite 201.
If you are a current patient, your physician and/or nurse will go over any questions or concerns you may have. You can also call 206-301-5000 if you have any general questions.

The Integramed® Shared Risk® Refund Program is now The Attain™ IVF Refund Program. The details of this program remain the same.

Dr. Nancy Klein has been voted a "Top Doctor" in the category of Infertility in both Seattle Magazine and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine.
SRM is now contracted with Aetna Insurance.
