As a certified Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, Tamara has been offering comprehensive individualized care to infertile couples since 1997. Tamara obtained her Nursing degree from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, Nurse Practitioner training at Harbor-UCLA and Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach. She has years of experience and training in Reproductive Medicine and works closely with the SRM physicians to provide continuity of care and a highly personalized approach to the medical treatments.

Tamara began her career in Reproductive Medicine at the San Diego Fertility Center, a leading practice in Advanced Reproductive Technologies from 1998-2004. Her family then moved to Seattle in 2004 and she joined SRM at its inception.

She continues to be an active leader in the Fertility Community. She founded the Reproductive Nursing Association (RNA) of San Diego and Southern Orange County and was founding member of the local reproductive medicine organization, Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society (STARS). Both societies are non-profit organizations established to provide continuing education and networking for Fertility Experts.

Tamara is a strong patient advocate and in 2007 she was elected on the Executive Council of American Society of Reproductive Medicine (SART) - reproductive medicine's governing body - as the NPG (Nurses Professional Group) representative. She is also on Resolve's National Nurse Advisory Council.

Tamara is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and in 2009, she was elected as the Vice Chair of the Nurses Professional Group. She has been an invited speaker and chaired Post-Graduate Programs at ASRM Meetings and Nursing International Meetings. Tamara is passionate about reproductive medicine both on a professional and personal level.

She is the ARNP specializing in third party reproduction with sperm donor for SRM and oversees the required evaluation and testing required for such specialized fertility care for SRM.

  • General infertility, including those interested in IVF
  • Current patients requiring ultrasound monitoring for fertility care in our Bellevue site.
  • Patients interested in donor sperm inseminations
  • Current SRM patients requiring annual exams and/or Pap smears
  • Current SRM patients requiring infertility procedures such as intrauterine inseminations, postcoital tests, sonohysterograms, endometrial biopsies, ultrasounds for follicular growth or early pregnancy.
  • Potential egg donors and the required evaluations necessary
