Accurate, Reliable Testing & Treatment for Male
Infertility
The Seattle Reproductive Medicine Andrology Center
is focused on andrology and male infertility testing and treatments.
The Center's team of experienced andrologists perform comprehensive
semen analysis and /or sperm washing.
SRM reproductive endocrinology and infertility experts review
the test results for their patients in order to uncover the
possible causes of male infertility. Our two step review process
enables us to provide dependable test results necessary to
diagnose and treat male factor infertility.
Sperm donation services
In addition, couples needing the services of sperm
donation can have their donor sperm shipped to our facility
for storage to later be used for artificial inseminations
and/or in-vitro fertilization. Couples would first need
to establish care at SRM for a full evaluation with one of
our physicians to initiate the necessary screening bloodwork,
counseling and consents that are required.

In order to perform an accurate semen analysis, patients
should become familiar with the semen collection instructions,
prior to their appointment. These instructions can be obtained
from our Center when the appointment is made.
Outside Referrals
You may be referred to have a semen analysis from
your current physician. Because such sperm analysis
are done on a daily basis by our trained andrologists, SRM
may be a better choice to better assess for any sperm abnormalities
than a local hospital. In addition, our facility has
been specially designed to provide the privacy and discretion
that a male partner may require to provide a specimen.
As a service to referring physicians, SRM Andrology Center
will perform sperm analysis for patients under the care of
local non- SRM physicians and ARNPs. Click
