Lexie Hook, RN
Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Lexie graduated from the University
of Washington School of Nursing with her BSN and RN in 2001.
Lexie has focused a majority of her nursing career in women’s
health, primarily in public health. Lexie joined the
team at SRM soon after it opened in 2004.
After graduating with honors from the University of Washington
in 2001, she went on to work for the Washington County Public
Health system in Portland, Oregon. She quickly was appointed
lead nurse for the Washington County’s Teen Clinic and
gained extensive experience in women’s health care.
Developing her leadership skills in the Public Health Nursing
Leadership Institute, she moved on to work for the King County
Public Health Department here in Seattle and worked in the
Teen-age Pregnant and Parenting program for South King County.
With her interest growing to fertility, Lexie has been a
welcome addition to SRM with her affable personality and quick
wit.
Lexie is the primary nurse
for Dr. Nancy Klein and developed into our lead RN, handling the many administrative needs of the RN team.
